On Tuesday May 14th, Ronzilla got up early to make a road trip to Louisville with friends Monty Milburn (Monsterus photographer) and RokenRol Skateboards Pro Rider ‘Fleetwood’ to check out the NEW Louisville Extreme Park! This skate park is the 3rd Largest in the nation and one of the only to boast a 24 foot full-pipe (which Fleetwood made the sickest moves on!) This 40,000 square foot park offers a great balance of street-style, transition-style and vert. When Fleetwood told Zilla about it...he knew they had to go check it out firsthand. Zilla met Fleetwood earlier in the year while hanging out together with RokenRol Skateboards owners, Brian and Darin, at another skatepark located in Ohio. Ron has been talking with the guys at RokenRol about the possibilities of developing a Monsterus Skateboard Deck, titled appropriately “The Zealot” upon the release of Monsterus’ debut album “Zealots in the Land of Nod.” Be looking in the future for “The Zealot” coming to a skate shop near you!
